Responsibilities
- Lead from the front and be hands‑on, working on the line and in the dining area.
- Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an "above & beyond" experience for your team and customers.

- Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and with the Five Guys experience, dealing with complaints promptly, openly and honestly.
- Ensure each shift runs smoothly and that our values are reflected in shift management.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience in a similar role within a high‑volume hospitality or QSR environment.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews.
- Financial responsibility: understand the basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste and deploying the team effectively during rushes.
- Strong leadership skills: a natural motivator who enjoys being hands‑on, leads by example and knows how to get the best from the crew during a busy service.
- Good working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards and the ability to enforce them on the line.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
