We’re the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. Since our family business began in 1986, we have stuck to the same 'perfect and serve' philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Work with the General Manager to share responsibility for the restaurant’s results.
- Lead, inspire, and coach the teams to ensure profitability and optimal sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
- Serve as a hands‑on leader on the line and in the dining area, supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers & fries and achieving store results.
- Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to work and have fun, while living the core values: Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done, and Integrity.
- Address customer complaints promptly and honestly.
- Ensure each shift runs smoothly, with the values embedded in shift management and long‑term planning.
- Own the P&L, driving sales while controlling costs.
- Spot talent potential and develop the team to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ideally 1‑2 years of management experience in a high‑volume hospitality or QSR environment.
- Strong track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews.
- Experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to reach profitability targets.
- Proven leadership skills: leading, coaching, and motivating a team; developing people and identifying future talent.
- Solid understanding of Food Safety standards, Health & Safety regulations, and maintaining 5‑star hygiene ratings.
