In every store, there is a talented Five Guys General Manager who manages, controls and is accountable for the store’s day to day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our General Managers are our brand ambassadors who deliver an excellent level of customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction, bringing our values to life for their team and customers.
Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within. Develop and manage the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries. You will be expected to lead from the front, be hands-on at times and work on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers. You will have full ownership of your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs. Your store should run smoothly day-to-day and you should think about long term planning. Spot potential and develop your team to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
