Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager to base at an existing store and support the district.

You’ll be accountable for daily operations, profitability, and delivering outstanding customer service while coaching teams and driving sales.

You will also own the P&L and lead from the front on the shop floor.

You’ll develop your people, think long-term, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across stores in the district, with ongoing opportunities for growth within Five Guys.
