Responsibilities
- Act as a leader, instructor, and coach for Shift Managers and Crew, sharing responsibility for the success of the restaurant’s results.
- Support delivery of perfect burgers and fries, while ensuring an excellent level of customer service.
- Provide an above and beyond experience for your team, creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
- Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and your Five Guys experience – deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
- Lead from the front, working hands-on with the team on the line and on the floor with customers.
- Support the General Manager and deliver store results, owning the P&L and driving sales while controlling costs.
- Run smooth day-to-day operations, thinking about long-term plans.
- Always lead with the values and develop the team to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
