Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager to support and eventually take ownership of a store within the Bradford district. You will lead from the front, be hands-on on the line with crew and managers, and drive day-to-day operations toward profitability while delivering excellent burgers and service.
Based at one of our existing stores, you will mentor teams, optimise sales opportunities, manage the P&L, and coordinate with district leadership to prepare for your own store.
