  • Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with crew and managers
  • Developing, leading, and managing the store team while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
  • Demonstrating close attention to detail

  • Accountable for all aspects of your store including day-to-day operations and long-term planning
