Overview
Bench General Manager role based at one of our existing stores while waiting for your own store. You will be based at one store supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will be accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results. You will lead, inspire and coach the team to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises sales opportunities, and provides an excellent level of customer service. Our Bench General Managers are brand ambassadors who demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction and bring our values to life for the team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the entire store and the people within it; develop and manage the store team while supporting the delivery of high-quality burgers and fries.
- Lead from the front; be hands-on at times and work on the line shoulder to shoulder with crew and managers.
- Own the store's P&L, drive sales while controlling costs.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly day to day and plan for the long term.
- Spot potential and develop the team to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications
- Experience in hands-on, experiential leadership with a focus on customer service.
- Strong people development skills and ability to coach and mentor teams.
- Solid operational management capabilities with the ability to manage P&L, drive sales, and control costs.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and upholding company values in all actions.
- Willingness to lead from the front and work on the line when needed.
