In every restaurant, you will find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurant's results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
