In every restaurant, you will find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurant's results. This includes leading, inspiring, and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities, and provides an excellent level of customer service.
