In every restaurant, you will find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share responsibility for the restaurant's results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service. Our Assistant Managers demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction and bring our values to life for their team and our customers.
Responsibilities and expectations include:
- Supporting Shift Managers and Crew.
- Delivering perfect burgers and fries.
- Ensuring an above-and-beyond experience for your team while creating an enjoyable working environment.
- Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and Five Guys experience.
- Dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
- Leading from the front on the line and on the floor with customers.
- Providing support to the General Manager to deliver store results.
- Owning the P&L, driving sales while controlling costs.
- Running day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term planning.
- Developing your team to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills:
