In some of our stores, there is a talented Bench General Manager who is waiting for their own store. While waiting for your own store you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district, leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
Our Bench General Managers are our brand ambassadors, they ensure we deliver an excellent level of customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction.

AS A BENCH GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE:
- Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
- Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
- You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
- Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
- Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning
- Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
