As a Shift Manager, you will support the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards, ensuring every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived. You will demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, bringing our values to life for both your team and our customers.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Crew & Quality Control
- Supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an above & beyond experience for your team and customers
