We are opening in Rugby! We're looking for a General Manager to join the business, either to lead our new Rugby store or to take over the management of our Leamington Spa location.

In every store, there is a talented Five Guys General Manager who manages, controls and is accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.

- You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
- Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
- Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long-term planning
