We are the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. Since our family business began in 1986, we have adhered to the same 'perfect and serve' philosophy.
As a Shift Manager, you will support the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived. You will demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, bringing our values to life for both your team and our customers.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Crew & Quality Control
- Supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an above & beyond experience for your team and customers
- Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun!
- Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
- Ensuring that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
