We are the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. Our 'perfect and serve' philosophy has been in place since our family business began in 1986.
As a Bench General Manager, you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will be accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results, which includes leading, inspiring, and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability and optimises all sales opportunities while providing an excellent level of customer service.

As a Bench General Manager, you'll be:
- Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
- Developing and managing the store team while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
