In every store, there is a talented Five Guys General Manager who manages, controls and is accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities and provides an excellent level of customer service. Our General Managers are our brand ambassadors, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction. They bring our values to life for their team and our customers.

AS A GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE

  • Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
  • Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
  • Leading from the front, being hands-on at times which means working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
  • Having full ownership of your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and thinking about long-term planning
  • Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure a strong talent pipeline
  • Driving the Five Guys culture by always role modelling our values
