As a Bench General Manager, you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will lead, inspire, and coach the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability and optimises all sales opportunities while providing an excellent level of customer service.

As a Bench General Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within. You will develop and manage the store team while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries. You are expected to lead from the front, being hands-on at times, which means working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers.
You will have full ownership of your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs. Your store will need to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis while considering long-term planning and spotting potential to develop your team, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
