Five Guys UK is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead a high-volume store, based at one of our existing locations within the district, supporting the current General Manager and others as needed. You’ll be accountable for day-to-day operations and results, inspiring and coaching the team to deliver great burgers, fries and service.
You’ll own the P&L, drive sales and manage costs, ensuring the store runs smoothly today while planning for sustainable growth.
