We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we've stuck to the same 'perfect and serve' philosophy since our family business began in 1986.
In some of our stores, there is a talented Bench General Manager who is waiting for their own store. While waiting for your own store you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will be accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
Our Bench General Managers are our brand ambassadors; they ensure we deliver an excellent level of customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction. They will bring our values to life for their team and our customers. This role requires someone who is flexible to work between our St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and Stevenage stores.

- Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
- Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
- Leading from the front, being hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
- Having full ownership of your P&L, driving sales whilst controlling costs
- Ensuring your store runs smoothly on the day-to-day operations and thinking about long-term planning
- Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
