Five Guys UK is seeking a Bench General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our stores, supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will lead, coach and mentor teams to deliver profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service.
You will own the P&L, drive sales, manage costs, and help develop a strong talent pipeline, with rewards and opportunities for progression across the district.
