The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Bench General Manager who will be based in the Birmingham Area. It is likely to begin with, you will be City Centre-based in either Bullring, New Street Station or Five Ways until a store becomes available in the City Centre or surrounding areas such as Resorts World, Tamworth or the Fort Shopping Park. The ideal candidate will have use of their own vehicle due to the potential of having a store outside of the city centre.

In addition, you will need to have a strong track record of developing people, KPIs, P&L, along with experience with working with a large team managing the FOH & BOH.

While waiting for your own store you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will be accountable for the store's day-to-day operations and results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.

AS A BENCH GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE
  • Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within
  • Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
  • Leading from the front, being hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
  • Having full ownership of your P&L, driving sales whilst controlling costs
  • Ensuring your store runs smoothly on the day-to-day operations and thinking about long term planning
  • Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
