We are excited to recruit for a dynamic and enthusiastic Estates Surveyor to join the Five Guys Property Team to support with the estate management of a fast-growing portfolio in the UK.
Role Summary
- Day to day management of the operational and sublet portfolio.
- Lease advice to the business on obligations and resolving disputes.
- Working with consultants to minimise property overheads, including service charge, business rates, insurance, dilapidations etc.
- Maintain & update property management database.
- Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals to ensure the best outcome for the business.
- Support feasibility & implementation of asset management opportunities, disposals, ad hoc projects.
- Support with budgeting overall property costs of circa £40m.
- Responsible for secondary interest acquisitions and management including storage leases and external seating licences.

Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years of Property Management experience preferably working for a Retail or Hospitality Sector.
- RICS qualified or working towards RICS qualification.
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related field.
