We're looking for a commercially astute and strategic

Head of Procurement to lead procurement across our Joint Venture territories, covering the UK, France, Spain and Germany.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy across food, beverages, packaging and selected indirect categories.

You'll build strong supplier partnerships, unlock sustainable cost efficiencies, support innovation, and ensure our supply chain remains resilient as the business continues to grow.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead a team of four procurement professionals and play a key role in influencing commercial decisions across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing

As Head of Procurement, you'll be responsible for

  • Developing and delivering procurement strategies across key spend categories
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing procurement team
  • Managing strategic supplier relationships and driving supplier performance
  • Negotiating major commercial agreements and contracts
  • Identifying and delivering sustainable cost-saving opportunities
  • Creating and executing category management strategies
  • Monitoring commodity markets and identifying cost and supply risks
  • Supporting product innovation and new product implementation
  • Leading tendering, benchmarking and sourcing projects
  • Driving procurement governance, compliance and best practice
  • Maintaining procurement systems, specifications and product catalogues
  • Supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives across the supply chain
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Product Development

What We're Looking For

You’ll be an experienced procurement leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering results.

  • Significant procurement experience within QSR, Foodservice, FMCG or Retail
  • Proven success delivering substantial commercial savings
  • Extensive supplier negotiation and contract management experience
  • Experience leading and developing procurement teams
  • Strong category management capability
