The Big Life Group is hiring an Assertive Outreach Worker to deliver flexible, person-centred support to people experiencing substance misuse.

The role spans community and criminal justice settings, helping clients engage with services and develop recovery goals.

You will work with a wide range of partners to ensure coordinated support, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

This outreach role is based in Salford/Trafford with 35 hours per week.
