Five Education is seeking a passionate, full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Needs (SEND/SEMH). The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable students and be able to provide both academic and emotional support, building trusting relationships to foster growth.
You will be expected to assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons, offer one-on-one support to students, and help create a safe and positive learning environment. A compassionate and patient approach is essential to encourage their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH and trauma-related needs

Essential Criteria:
