Five Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a special school in Chard. You will support identified pupils with Special Education Needs (SEN) and/or mental health challenges, delivering 1:1 and small group assistance to promote learning and positive behaviour in a calm environment.
The role involves collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to meet EHCP targets, manage classroom dynamics, and implement individual learning plans while maintaining a compassionate, patient and resilient approach.
