Five Education is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a well‑resourced Oxfordshire school.
You will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, ensuring inclusive and safe learning throughout the day.
In this role you will work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to tailor strategies, support development of communication skills, and promote student progress in a nurturing, patient environment.
