The role will be based within a specialised SEN base, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. This is a school known for its strong ethos of care and inclusivity. We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of children who may face challenges in education. While prior school experience is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome applicants from care or support work backgrounds who can bring valuable transferable skills to this role. This position involves providing 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Pupils may have diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, or other learning difficulties. Your role will involve supporting these pupils to access the curriculum, manage behaviour, and develop essential social skills. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only).
