Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them grow and thrive? We are looking for enthusiastic and nurturing nursery practitioners to work in one of our Bath nurseries. Whether you're a qualified Early Years practitioner or someone with relevant experience looking to build a career in childcare, we want to hear from you!

The Role

  • Support the learning, play and development of children aged 0-5
  • Follow daily routines including meals, naps, and play
  • Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
  • Work alongside a team of Early Years professionals
  • Ensure all safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained

Essential Criteria

  • Passionate about working with young children
  • Reliable, caring and patient
  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to support with personal care

Desirable Criteria

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification (for qualified positions)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting
  • Paediatric First Aid training

Pay

Five Education operates a PAYE payroll - the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin charges or employer's NI. Please note, pay rate is illustrative and includes holiday pay.

Vetting

Five Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants will undergo checks including reference and TRA checks. If you do not have a non-voluntary enhanced DBS on the update service, a new DBS will need to be processed at a cost of £62.70, refunded after 20 days of work and once registered to the update service.
