About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join a welcoming nursery in the BS14 area. This role involves working across all areas of the nursery, supporting children at different stages of their early development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality care and education, helping children to learn, develop, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Work across all age groups within the nursery as required
- Plan and engage children in fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment at all times
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress effectively
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting (essential)
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Is enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about early childhood development
- Is flexible and confident working across different age groups
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to providing a high standard of care and education

Essential Criteria:
- Able to work 5 days a week
- Right to work in the UK - we CANNOT accept sponsorship or a skilled worker visa
- Minimum two recent references, covering the last two years
- Up-to-date DBS/police check, or be willing to obtain one
**Please note, if you do not have a Non-Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, we will need to help you process a new one at a cost of £62.70. This will be refunded after 20 days of work with us.
