We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join an alternative provision on a full-time basis. This is a varied role which will involve a range of duties to assist in the smooth running of the centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and people calling in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the centre
  • Taking incoming calls and accurately recording messages
  • Recording student attendance and making relevant attendance phone calls
  • Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager and leadership team
  • Taking notes during meetings and distributing actions as required
  • Ordering supplies and managing stock
  • Receiving and dealing with deliveries
  • Supporting with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
