About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join a welcoming nursery in the BS14 area. This role involves working across all areas of the nursery, supporting children at different stages of their early development. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Work across all age groups within the nursery as required
  • Plan and engage children in fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment at all times
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress effectively
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting (essential)
  • Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Is enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about early childhood development
  • Is flexible and confident working across different age groups
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Is committed to providing a high standard of care and education

Essential Criteria:

  • Able to work 5 days a week
  • Right to work in the UK - we CANNOT accept sponsorship or a skilled worker visa
  • Minimum two recent references, covering the last two years
  • Up-to-date DBS/police check, or be willing to obtain one

**Please note, if you do not have a Non-Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, we will need to help you process a new one at a cost of £62.70. This will be refunded after 20 days of work with us.
