Are you working in education now such as teaching or teaching assistant work or looking to move sectors in the recruitment industry? Due to expansion, Five is looking for a full-time associate recruitment consultant to work in our central Plymouth office from May 2025.
Five is an independent education supply agency based in Bristol covering the South of England. We are a niche agency specialising in SEND and are proud to be one of the most reviewed agencies on Google. We are excited to be opening a Plymouth branch to extend our reach.
We are looking for an Associate Sales Consultant who will be successful in developing business with current clients and engaging new clients. We can offer a tailored role in fitting your skills and experience. We have an industry leading commission structure with up to 17.5%. There are huge opportunities for promotion and growth; it's an exciting time to join a small but fast-growing company.
The basic salary for this role is £26,000 to £28,000 with OTE of YR1: £40,700 YR2: £58,030.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in education such as teaching or other recruitment experience
- Full driver's license
- Able to commit to a full-time role and be able to get to PL1 for 7am starts
- Drive and dedication to building your desk and to promoting a growing company
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Great communication skills, a consultant who enjoys making sales calls
- A 'Can do' approach
- Organised, quick thinking and adaptable
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
- Focused on providing outstanding service to your clients and candidates
