Five Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil facing communication challenges in Plymouth. This role requires building a trusting relationship with the pupil to foster engagement and self-esteem.
Responsibilities include:
- Tailored support throughout the school day
- Close collaboration with class teachers
- Ongoing monitoring of progress
Candidates must have experience with children with additional needs and a commitment to inclusion. This temporary role starts ASAP and runs until July, resuming in September.
