Five Education is working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in South Bristol to recruit a SEN Learning Support Partner. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a pupil whose needs stem from trauma and present with ASC characteristics. The Role
- You will play a vital role in helping the child regulate emotions, build trust, and engage positively with learning.
- Providing consistent 1:1 support tailored to the child's individual needs.
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management using a trauma-informed approach.
- Implementing structured routines and personalised strategies.
- Building a safe, trusting relationship with the pupil.
