We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to join a supportive school in Peasedown, working within a mainstream setting with SEN responsibilities. The Role

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management skills and a calm, patient approach
- Ability to build positive relationships and engage pupils who may struggle in traditional settings
- A flexible and proactive mindset
