Five Education are looking for a dedicated, patient, and caring Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Salisbury from September.

In this role, you will provide personalised support to help a pupil access learning, develop confidence, and feel secure throughout the school day.
You'll work closely with teaching staff to create a positive and supportive learning experience.
While full-time availability is preferred, the school is open to considering part-time applicants.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored one-to-one support that meets the pupil's academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Develop a positive and trusting relationship that encourages confidence, independence, and progress.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement individual support strategies and behaviour plans.
- Promote the pupil's wellbeing by ensuring they feel safe, included, and encouraged in the classroom.
- Help maintain a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
