ECT Opportunities – Special Educational Needs (SEND)

About the Role:

  • Teaching pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, SEMH, SLD, and PMLD
  • Delivering adapted and engaging lessons to meet individual needs
  • Working alongside experienced support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their emotional and academic development
  • Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • QTS
  • A genuine interest in SEND education
  • Positive, flexible and patient approach to teaching
  • Willingness to adapt lessons and approaches to meet a range of complex needs
  • Some relevant SEND experience (from placements, volunteering or previous work) is highly desirable
