We are a warm, welcoming, and nurturing nursery based in South Bristol, dedicated to providing exceptional early years care and education. Our team is passionate about creating a safe, inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will have the opportunity to work within either our baby room (0-2 years) or toddler room (2-3 years), depending on your experience and preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times
- Observe, assess, and track children's progress
- Contribute to planning engaging and age-appropriate activities
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
