We are looking for Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join a friendly early years team in Trowbridge. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children.
The role - as a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Observe, assess and record children's progress
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice at all times
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Availability to work 8:30am-5:30pm every weekday
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
