Main Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Maths department, ensuring high-quality, tailored lessons for students with a range of additional needs. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of teachers, teaching assistants, and therapists to ensure holistic support for students. Lead a team of teaching staff, providing mentoring, support, and professional development. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth, resilience, and confidence. Coordinate the Maths curriculum and ensure it meets the needs of students with additional learning needs. Essential Criteria: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong Maths background.
