We are working with a welcoming and nurturing nursery based in Bristol, dedicated to providing high-quality early years education and care for children aged 0-5 years. The Role
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join this dedicated and passionate team. You will help deliver inspiring learning experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child. Main Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Observe and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning journals
- Ensure children's safety and wellbeing are always prioritised
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support children with additional needs where appropriate
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Sound understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge or experience supporting children with SEND
Essential requirements:
- Right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer Sponsorship or accept Skilled Worker visas.
- Able to provide two recent references (from the last two years).
- Hold a current DBS check registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
