The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our estate agency team as a Part-Time Property Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy office and will report to the office manager. The role will predominantly include handling a variety of administrative duties, including responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and digital messaging.
We’re looking for someone with experience in an office-based role, ideally within the property sector. However, a background in estate agency is not vital, as full training will be provided. More importantly, you’ll have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering a high level of customer service. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Once fully trained, the position will be primarily home-based, with occasional office attendance as required, however the role will require that the successful candidate lives locally in the Oban area. The part-time hours are designed to work around school drop-off and collection times, making this an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a role that fits around family commitments.
