You'll be part of a small, close-knit team supporting people with complex needs to live life to the fullest, enjoy their community, and thrive in their own way.

What’s on offer:

  • Part time waking nights 27 hours per week
  • You’ll need to be available for 2 weekends out of every 4

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building meaningful relationships and empowering people to achieve personal goals
  • Supporting with daily routines including personal care, cooking, hobbies, and activities
  • Encouraging independence, inclusion, and choice in every aspect of life
  • Helping plan fun, fulfilling days at home and in the community
