Shift Patterns:
- 07:00 – 14:30
- 14:00 – 21:30
- 14:45 – 22:15
Includes alternate weekend working
A full manual driving licence is essential, as you’ll be expected to drive our accessible vehicles and support people in the community.
What does a Support Worker do?
Every day is different, but your core role will include:
- Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs and preferences
- Helping residents take part in a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle
- Supporting daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Taking people we support out into the community for activities such as shopping, pub lunches, and days out
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times
