FitzRoy invites adults diagnosed with Autism or Learning Disability to join as Bank Field Trainer – Expert by Lived Experience. This role involves delivering the Oliver McGowan autism and learning disability training across venues one or two days per month.
Full training and travel support are provided, with a facilitator on every course to guide you. Your lived experience will help teams understand how to support people effectively and respectfully.
