Support Worker – Supported Living
Location: March
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Contract: Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week
FitzRoy Supported Living services in March provide care and support for three ladies across two bungalows, as well as a young gentleman in his own bungalow. The people we support enjoy being part of their local community, visiting family, and welcoming family members into their homes for BBQs and meals. The service is based in a residential area close to parks and local shops.
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You will provide person‑centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs, wishes, and goals, enabling them to have choice, control, and independence in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting people to take part in activities and interests
- Working with individuals to identify and achieve personal goals
- Promoting a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle
Flexibility is essential, as the needs of the people we support can vary day to day.
Shifts & Working Pattern
Typical day shifts: 07:00 – 14:30, 14:00 – 22:00. Sleep‑ins required (approximately 2 in every 6 weeks). Weekend and overtime enhancements apply.
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential to drive FitzRoy vehicles and support people in the community).
