About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a person-centred team that empowers individuals to live the lives they choose. No two days are the same—your work will be varied, fulfilling, and fun.
You’ll support individuals with:
- Personal care, daily routines, and independent living skills
- Taking part in activities they enjoy—such as cooking, music, art, walking, or going to the cinema
- Achieving goals that are meaningful to them—big or small
- Building confidence and maintaining strong links in the local community
This is a hands-on role where compassion, patience and a sense of humour go a long way. You’ll form meaningful relationships and celebrate progress, no matter how small.
