We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead our business partnering function and play a key role in shaping financial strategy across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Property, you'll work closely with the Executive Team, senior leaders and operational managers to provide financial insight, support strategic decision-making, drive value for money and ensure long-term financial sustainability. This role is being offered in a Hybrid capacity with a mixture of home working and at head office in Petersfield. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance business partnering across the organisation.
  • Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Produce insightful management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Support business development, pricing, commissioning and contract negotiations.
  • Develop financial models, business cases and scenario planning.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide constructive challenge to budget holders.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach and develop the finance business partnering team.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and improve financial literacy across the organisation.

About You

You'll be a qualified finance professional or qualified by experience with significant experience in finance business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning. You'll have strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support organisational decision-making.
